The Red Mansion is a fully exclusive, privately hired 19th-century cliff-side estate above Fira, Santorini. Spread over 3,000 sq. m. of terraced gardens, ballrooms with painted ceilings, and panoramic volcanic caldera terraces, it offers corporate clients a setting that no hotel meeting room or convention centre can replicate. When the quality of the experience reflects on your company, this is where to host it.
The spaces
The centrepiece of the estate. A grand 19th-century banquet hall with original painted ceilings, picture-frame windows framing the caldera, and full sound insulation for late-running events. Configurable for theatre, classroom, boardroom, and banquet formats.
Atop the mansion, the roof terrace offers an unobstructed 270-degree panoramic view of the sea, volcano, and caldera cliffs. An exceptional setting for cocktail receptions, welcome dinners, and executive briefings at altitude.
2,000 sq. m. of terraced hanging gardens wrapping around a promontory, with near 360-degree views of the Aegean Sea 1,000 feet below. Hosting a private restaurant and bar, the gardens accommodate outdoor receptions, networking evenings, and al fresco dinners in an unmatched natural setting.

The Red Mansion · Firostefani, Santorini
Why the Red Mansion
The entire estate is yours and yours alone for the duration of your event. No other bookings, no shared spaces, no strangers. Every member of staff is dedicated to your group.
An 1850s wine merchant’s mansion on the Santorini caldera with original wine tunnels, painted banquet ceilings, and 270-degree volcanic views. There is no equivalent in Greece.
Three distinct spaces — ballroom, roof terrace, and hanging gardens — allow for morning conference sessions, afternoon workshops, and evening dinners across the same estate without moving venue.
The Red Mansion Ballroom is fully sound-insulated, allowing events to continue late into the evening without restriction — essential for gala dinners, awards evenings, and multi-day programmes.
A dedicated corporate events coordinator manages every detail from first enquiry through to the final evening — briefings, catering, AV, transport, and on-the-day logistics.
Built circa 1850, the Red Mansion carries the history of Santorini’s wealthy wine merchants and ship owners. Meticulously maintained and modernised for contemporary corporate expectations.
